Convenient base for a 1-night stay. In addition, free parking was convenient. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Italian Dining Pasqua that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Karuizawa. The location, nestled in a beautiful forest, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar and free Wi-Fi for our convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the laundry service, which made our trip even more convenient. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for families.

We did appreciate the history of the hotel and the charm of the old building. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed which made it easy to relax, plus the staff was friendly and welcoming. the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The facilities were outdated, and the accommodated was lacking comfort. The lack of renovation made the stay less pleasant than we expected.

The hotel had a charming and rustic feel, with a quaint garden that was perfect for taking a stroll. the rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially during Christmas. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed.
We were disappointed with the food and prices. the menu seemed limited, and the quality of food did not match up to the steep prices.
